Sering dengar orang pakai kata “autis” buat dimasukin dibahan candaan? Misalnya, ada seorang temannya lagi asik sama gadget sementara teman yang lain sibuk diskusi. Otomatis temannya yang dianggap “autis” itu jadi bahan ledekan. Pity yourself, nak . Kadang, siswa saya juga pakai kosakata antik itu buat meledek temannya yang lagi asik dengarin musik lewat headset waktu saya lagi menjelaskan materi. Kalau yang ini saya langsung to the point: Maaf, apa suara saya perlu ditranslate ke bahasa kamu?

Goedemorgen, hoe gaat het met je?

Memori otak saya kembali ke 3 tahun yang lalu, saat obrolan saya dengan teman yang studi di Fontys, Belanda via friendster. Saat itu saya nggak punya gambaran tentang masa depan, saya nggak tahu setelah lulus dari sekolah ini mau melanjutkan kuliah atau nggak. Sayang, sekolah saya saat itu masih kurang memberi info perguruan tinggi dan beasiswa luar negeri. Saat itu info hanya diberitahu sama anak-anak yang sering mengikuti lomba/menonjol atau dari tempat bimbel yang memang menelurkan siswa-siswa terbaik.

Akhirnya, dengan berbagai pertimbangan saya mendaftar di kampus itu. Baru tahun kemarin baru saja lulus dengan predikat Sangat Memuaskan. Boleh dikatakan saat itu pengetahuan saya tentang melanjutkan studi di luar negeri masih rendah, yang ada decakan kagum lihat teman-teman saya yang melanjutkan studi di Malaysia, Taiwan, RRC, Kanada, Singapura, dan Jepang. Hanya beberapa dari teman saya yang murni mendapat beasiswa, rata-rata dengan modal orangtua. Ternyata, modal pernah kuliah di luar negeri nggak menjamin gampangnya mencari pekerjaan di negeri orang maupun negeri sendiri. Ujung-ujungnya teman saya pulang kampung dan meneruskan usaha keluarga mereka masing-masing.

kReaSi tUliSaN-nya aKu l0h yan9 buAtnya.. tapi kalo kata-katanya itu beneran! Gak boong! Kadang sering ketemu ama siswa-siswa saya yang udah lulus dari tempat kursus dan mereka mungkin bernostagila bareng.

Fase remaja…

Fase itu udah saya lewati sekitar 5 sampai 6 tahun yll. Indah, banget! Remaja saat itu bisa bebas berkreasi sesuai yang mereka pikirin, tapi biasanya banyakan nuntutnya dari yang mereka pengen Inget waktu rambut saya pernah dirazia karena panjang dan kurang rapi, lalu pulangnya harus segera ke pemangkas rambut terdekat. Catatan blacklist di buku piket lantaran suka terlambat dan nyeker ayam sepanjang pelajaran. Tradisi buat contekan waktu ujian, dan ngegoda guru Matematika yang waktu itu baru pertama kali mengajar, bareng teman-teman satu kelas.

Masuk awal kuliah, seragam kita udah nggak putih abu-abu lagi melainkan udah berwarna-warni. Hehehe.. memori sama teman-teman satu kelas yang bisa dihitung kalau anak pagi itu biasanya lebih sedikit dari anak malam. Anak pagi yang identik kutu buku, dandanannya old style dibanding anak malam, dan yang cuma ke kampus by BG 11 a.k.a jalan kaki atau naik becak. Dan jumpa lagi dengan dosen yang suka grogi kalau mengajar.

Setelah fase itu meningkat, saya mulai masuk ke fase dewasa.

Diawali style udah mulai contoh esmud tapi halah yang ada jadi tampang oom/bapak (doh). Tapi yang paling penting adalah proses belajar buat dewasa, bijak, dan terakhir mapan!

Until this second I have never heard such words from the ‘friend’. What is friend?

Balance: Subjective & Objective

Start the intelligent consumer (consumers who do less intelligent? Certainly have), they can choose and share the goods / services that were not, just, moderate, and good. Now, customer satisfaction is not foreign to the discussion. Although not a new item, research proves that consumers are more emotional work than logic. They prefer cortex (eg, facilities) than in the skin (such as management of both).

I work in the IT field, precisely as the education service teachers would often get complaints from consumers (students). I examplizeing as a shield for the company, so that I can be a stronghold of the students. Instead a case for students who are not directly have to patch first.

I often hear students complain about the internet connection is slow and not stable, the internet page can not be accessed (the link provided), less comfortable classrooms, and other. So what should I talk with my students?

The note I did not intend this corner of any party. Only according to me, something needed to launch a strong management system and implementation of a sound. Any company would want to return to long-term, but that goal is achieved the required balance between subjective and objective.

Size Loyality (Must or Mustn’t?)

Motivation is a complex problem in the organization, because the needs and desires of each member organization is different with each other. This is the motivation that caused the company to maximize the welfare of the owners (stakeholders).

In the operating companies, are often actions that employees maximize prosperity is not the owner, but is tempted to increase their own welfare. Conditions such as these lead to differences of interest between the owner with employees. So that is not a direct employee loyalty will is?

How do we know how an employee can be loyal to the company where they work? Sometimes I like to see the exhibition in the mobile phone mall. SPG, which they use their mobile phone that is not offered. That is, working in company A, but using the product in company B.

I so remember my friend’s desire to study in places other than where he worked. Things that he worried about how people view on why he prefers not in the place where he worked.  For me, this is a form of the right to choose not the obligation, which employees must use the goods / services company in the work place. But sometimes I see someone so in love with the goods / services from the company’s products work. Yes … legitimate course, not, this is not an obligation?
